Types of Implants

• Single implant - used to replace one missing tooth
• Implant bridge - two or more implants used to replace a group of missing teeth.
• Removable Implant Over Denture - A denture that snaps into the implants. The denture can be removed by the patient.
• Fixed Implant Denture - The denture is screwed into the implants and cannot be removed by the patient.

All-on-4 "Teeth-in-a-day"

Are you sick of your loose denture? Are your teeth non-restorable but wearing a denture is not an option for you? With this system, implants are placed with implant teeth on the same day so that you will NEVER be without teeth.

All-on-4 is sometimes referred to as "teeth in a day". This is because on your day of surgery you will leave the office with your teeth and a beautiful smile.

Surgeons used to have to place implants in a way that limited your options for how and when you could have your teeth. Now, thanks to the latest technology in implant science, implants can be placed with teeth on the same day.

All-on-4 process

• Schedule your consult visit with Dr. Krizner or Dr. Harr 724-438-0241.
• At your consult visit we will discuss a variety of options and help you decide if the "All-on-4" option meets your individual dental needs and will give you the best smile.
• If implants are your best option, you will next have an appointment with a local oral surgeon, Dr. Edward Haluisc to confirm that you are indeed a great canidate for "teeth-in-a-day". Visit his website for more details.
• Then, we will work closely with Dr. Halusic to make your teeth and give you the smile you deserve.
• After your final teeth are in place, you will be set up on a recall schedule that is customized to your needs. At this visit, your implant teeth will be professionally removed, cleaned and tightened back to your implants.
